
You might notice that the Back View is showing rather than the front view. Align your biped so that it faces away from you and it's Bip01 is located at 0x and 0y world coordinates. All set? Time to import a mesh. 
I'll grab a 3ds file I have handy, I know it's going to need moved around to fit right....so I will import it.

I don't want to lose my biped so I will merge and convert the units so they match well with my 128 unit biped
