All mods should work with both Morrowind and Morrowind's expansion, Tribunal. Mods have intentionally been built to be compatible with Morrowind without having Tribunal. To use a mod in Tribunal, open the file from the TESC constructor set, and re-save. This should solve any issues or warnings.
